Chanced upon Rachel's store while I was searching for a modern jeweller at Lucky Plaza. I was attracted by the pictures I see online and decided to give it a try. She accommodated to my last min appt request and served with passion. Rachel also has a good eye for beautiful things, and delivers artful workmanship with her team. I know it when I see someone who works passion in art. Initially I had wanted to dismantle and re-design an old ring but she recommended that I do a thorough cleaning/re-plating instead to try to bring back the shine. Voila, my ring just got resuscitated and it never looked more alive! Got my mum's ring to be re-designed and so looking forward to seeing the final work. Please do support this lady boss, she's passionate about what she does, has absolutely no airs about her and easy to communicate with.

My fiance got the wedding ring in the wrong size overseas, hence needed to get it resized. Did our research, and got to know of rachel thru the many positive google reviews. Likewise, we are very satisfied customers too. The workmanship is perfect, it was as if nothing was done but it fits so perfectly on me now. Waiting time was probably a week? Highly recommend.
